FAQ'sWhy do you use the initials TRC?TRC stands for Two Rivers Creative and is our official nickname. We began using initials because when we speak too fast our full name sounds like “Trivers Craytiff.” Are you a marketing firm? No. Well, yes and no. Mostly no. TRC offers content design and development services, and sometimes our content is used for sales and marketing purposes. But we are not limited to marketing, and in fact offer many other types of content services like employee assessment and recruitment materials, instructional design, and information graphics. Will you do small jobs, like a few hours of graphic design? No. We don't seek out or take on hourly work. Small jobs do not fit our project-based business model, and they cost us far too much in scheduling and administration than the work itself. That said, we will fill requests from our existing clients for jobs of any size. Do you build web sites? No. But we do partner with firms who do. TRC is able to help you think about what content you may want on your site -- and how you might get people to find your site (and want to return to it in the future). We just don't do the technical part of web development. How much do you cost?TRC pricing depends on the type of work you need done and the skills and resources needed to complete the project. You’ll find our rates are higher than a freelancer but considerably lower than a full service agency. We’ll provide a detailed estimate, so you’ll know your costs upfront, before any work starts. What is the quickest way to get pricing?Contact us. We’re happy to provide prospective clients with a free written estimate, but we will first need to fully understand the project scope. We’ll arrange a 30 minute meeting to discuss your needs. We prefer to meet in you person at your location, but for small projects can gather pertinent details over the telephone. How do I join the TRC network of providers?TRC partners with established small companies and individual freelancers who prefer to work on their craft and leave promoting their business to someone else (like TRC). We do not have permanent positions available, only on-demand opportunitities. If you have an established business and an up-to-date portfolio, feel free to contact us via email. No phone calls please. |
